Looking for a candidate working in Legal domain having experience with (Commercial Litigation , Drafting Agreements ,Transaction Advisory, Vetting Contracts , Civil Laws etc) for one of the manufacturing company.

Min Experience PQE :  3+ Years

Mode of Work :  Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

1.  Legal advice on Corporate, Commercial and Civil laws.
2. General Commercial (Drafting and Review of Project Agreements, Review of Tender Documents,
   Commercial, Contract Negotiations in both Sales and Purchasing).
3. Claim management (both active and passive), monitoring and handling legal disputes (litigation,
   arbitration) with support by external counsels, negotiating settlements.
4. Real Estate (Lease Agreements, Construction Projects).
5. M&A (joint venture contract, restructuring of joint venture, share deal, asset deal, drafting/reviewing of
   contracts, negotiations, monitor the performance of external law firms).
6. IP Matters (Technology Transfer, IPR Protection) in cooperation with internal IP counsel.
7. Timely reporting to superior.
8. Other tasks as may be assigned by superior.   

Educational Qualification :

LLB must , LLM is added advantage
