Position / Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager (IT Training)

Experience Range: 5-7+ years
Relevant Experience Range: 3-5+ years
Position Objective:
We are presently looking at a resource who has contacts in the industry and can bring in business from his experience, he has to build a client base to extract business and increase in revenue from IT training sales to these clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
He/she would be responsible for building business, getting leads, and serving them in the best possible way, his contact will be served from outsourcing the services
While he adds clients in the company fold as an empaneled organization, he will get all support in the documentation required to do so.
He will have to nurture a client and extract as much he can to achieve his target.
His role will not be confined to get IT training leads which will surely be a major part of the business but he can manage all training needs of the client.
Mandatory Skills
He/ She should be an aggressive salesperson with an excellent relationship with clients, who can help him deliver the expected revenue, his experience in IT training industry should be sufficient to understand the need of customers and serve them best.
While doing sales his additional job would be getting OEM in the organization fold and also look for vendors who can deliver the technology training
Knowledge / Desired Skills
He/she should be having pleasant communication and relationship building skills and should be able to negotiate well both with client and vendors in the best interest of the organization.
