- Structure of the department:
- This position is newly created and not yet a department.
- There is potential for the newly Sales Rep to become / be appointed fast on the Corporate Sales Manager role and so open to create and lead its own team.
- Initially, this role will be directly subordinated to the current General Manager.
- Current Sales Team:
- There is an existing team of 4 direct sales members.
- Brokers and collaborators are part of a different department.

- Developing a more targeted corporate insurance plan necessitates the creation of this role.

- Hybrid work model, initially full-time at the office for the first 6 months.

Purpose of the Job:
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by selling health insurance products to corporate clients (commercial companies, SMEs, and Associations).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy, identify target market, and create product and insurance plans for market segments.
- Execute marketing concepts, set sales approaches, and build and maintain client relationships.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, promoting, and selling corporate local plans.
- Present insurance options and policies to clients, explaining coverage details, benefits, and premiums.
- Analyze competition offers and demonstrate the advantages of Company’s offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring favourable terms.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with other departments to support corporate sales efforts.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities, investigating activities of competitors, and performing analysis of market players.
- Create a sales team at a later stage, leading and motivating the new team to achieve sales targets, and continuously develop the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and skills through training schemes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, monitor their preferences, and manage customer relationships, following up based on Company policy.
- Frequently refresh job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field.
Apart of the salary the Company is offering a motivating bonus scheme 2% for new sales and 1% for renewals .
Also an annual scheme (paid in April for previous year) as follows: for 100% target reached – 1 net salary and for 130% target reached - additional 1 net salary.
