System Knowledge

❖ Familiar with SAP-S4 HANA, Functional knowledge of System and processes.

❖ Knowledge of Cost center, Profit Center, Master data.

❖ Implementation / Monitoring of Internal controls, various policies, processes across the company.

❖ Knowledge of functional aspects of Finance like GRIR, GL, FA, Taxes, TDS, etc.

Costing, Controlling & Analysis

❖ Knowledge of Product Costing & Analysis, (Actual and standard)

❖ Monitoring the change in material cost due to inflation, discussing and execution to pass on the impact in Sales Prices. (Commodities price increase/ decrease working)

❖ Handling various cost control and reduction activities. Specially the material cost through ZBC, should be costing etc.

❖ Monitoring and executing the cost during new product development, Support to R&D for new product launching and ECN/DCN.

❖ Monthly Product wise RMSP (Material cost on sales) analysis for major selling products and presentation thereon.

❖ Closely work with cross functional departments like Design, Sourcing, Production, stores for various cost reductions and controls over the processes.

❖ Help in decision for sales price finalization of new products.

❖ Closing activities: Costing run, Overhead analysis, WIP & production Order Settlement (SAP).

❖ Support in Periodical closing of books, compilation of various MIS reports e.g.

(Sales and material cost mix and variance Analysis, Utility Cost report, Factory and corporate overheads analysis and reporting, Product wise contribution report and analysis)

CBA/Business Plan/Payback

❖ Exposure of preparing cost benefit analysis.

❖ Cost Estimation and proposal for the new Product, capex, IRR and payback.

Inventory Controls

❖ Reconciliation of Inventory at different location, sub-contracting, and General Ledger.

❖ Purchase price movement analysis and escalation on major changes.

❖ Analysis of various material movements in SAP, identify unnecessary consumption and controlling.

❖ Preparation and execution with various stakeholders on slow moving and non-moving inventory.

Audit Support

❖ Preparation of cost audit data and co-ordinate with cost Auditors.

❖ Support in statutory audit (Inventory Listing, Physical inventory, logic test on various queries)

❖ Inventory Valuation in SAP.

❖ Preparation of COGS/Purchase reconciliation. (GRIR and financials material cost consumption)
