- Implement global and divisional strategies in the area of responsibility, provide input to global business areas, and ensure achievement of targets through regular oversight and improvement actions.
- Deliver operational/project targets, ensure customer satisfaction, improve net promoter score (NPS), oversee local business areas in other countries, manage production units, and implement local plans to achieve targets.
- Improve manufacturing technology and competence, execute the sourcing strategy, manage local supply chain requirements, and ensure compliance with operational excellence strategy and quality standards.
- Drive excellence across all products, projects, and services and lead all marketing and sales activities within the local unit and allocated markets, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure sales growth, and support global R&D projects by developing competencies.
- Ensure project delivery, implement HSE and business compliance standards, maintain a safe working environment, drive continuous HSE improvement, and ensure integrity performance while guiding, motivating, and developing subordinates within HR policies.
