This is a strategic, P&L-oriented role focused on business development, partnerships, licensing, and long-term market creation, including future tech transfer and local manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive P&L management for the assigned country
- Build the business from scratch in Vietnam/ Thailand/ Malaysia/ Philippenes; scale existing partnerships as well
- Lead B2B business development, including customer acquisition and account management
- Execute out-licensing (primary focus) and in-licensing strategies
- Identify and conclude strategic partnerships with distributors, manufacturers, and local players
- Lead tech transfer initiatives and support future local manufacturing setup
- Manage product registrations by coordinating with internal teams, regulators, and external partners
- Plan and execute new product launches and portfolio/basket expansion
- Develop and implement country-specific strategic business plans
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 8–10+ years in pharmaceutical business management
- Age Preference: 40 years and above
- Education: Graduate
- Industry Exposure: Pharma

- Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen
- Proven B2B business management experience
- Expertise in out-licensing / in-licensing deals
- Strategic planning and execution capability
- Experience in tech transfer and local manufacturing projects
