Job Title: Country Head – Sales

Location: Mira Road
Coverage Area:

• Team Responsibility: Pan India

• Individual Responsibility: West India (Maharashtra & Gujarat)

Role Overview

The company is looking for a senior sales leader who can lead a national sales team, drive project-based sales, and grow business across India, with a strong focus on the West region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Territory Heads to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Train the team on sales pitches, presentations, and negotiation skills

• Conduct weekly sales meetings and quarterly performance reviews

• Ensure proper CRM usage and data accuracy

• Provide sales forecasting and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Support the team in high-value negotiations and deal closures

• Develop and execute sales strategies for short-term and long-term growth

• Analyze market and sales data to identify new opportunities

• Build strong relationships with key clients, architects, and design firms

• Handle sales and business development for Maharashtra & Gujarat

• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

• Coordinate closely with sales support, marketing, design, and project teams

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10–12 years of experience in project sales / business development / key account management

• At least 4 years in a leadership role

• Experience in industries such as:

  • Turnkey construction projects

  • Capital goods

  • Commercial pools / leisure industry

  • Water treatment / filtration solutions

  • Hospitality solutions (Hotels & Resorts)

• Mechanical or Civil Engineering background preferred

• Strong direct sales and key account handling experience

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Willing to travel extensively

• Fluency in Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage)

• Self-driven with a positive attitude
