With offices strategically located in Romania, Hungary, Poland, and Bulgaria, our client offers a range of international medical insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Total Company Performance: Accept complete responsibility for the overall performance and results of the company.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives and provide visionary leadership to achieve organizational objectives.
- Comprehensive Management: Oversee day-to-day management tasks, including financial, HR, marketing, and organizational functions.
- Financial Expertise: Execute financial tasks, ensuring stability and compliance with the initial budget.
- HR and Relationship Management: Manage HR functions and foster relationships with insurers, associations, medical providers, suppliers, and regulators.
- Sales and Customer Care Support: Develop sales strategies, support the Sales and Brokers Department, and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Collaboration with the Financial Team: Assist the Financial Team in preparing reports, forecasts, and budgets while maintaining budget stability.
- Marketing Assistance: Support marketing executives in developing lead generation plans and achieving targets.
- Innovative Development: Introduce new ideas and leverage your network to promote company products and services.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and continuously develop the team through effective training schemes.
- Communication and Meetings: Communicate objectives, organize weekly meetings, and participate in international meetings with shareholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of document-based, proven management experience in the insurance industry with a clear link to results
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Proficient in English.
