Responsibilities:

* Participation in the development and implementation of the company's business strategies in the Central Asian markets (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan) in order to achieve the company's goals and ensure the company's success

* Development of suitable sales and reference structures for projects in Central Asia

* Acqisition and negotiations with customers and partners

* Representation and presentation of the company at events and conferences, communicating and maintaining close relationships with business partners and authorities

* Planning, management and monitoring of business activities to achieve sales, sales and earnings targets and to generate further sales potential

* Defining the daily workflow in the company on the basis of set business goals

* Group Reporting

* Personnel responsibility for the employees and planning of the resources

* Marketing activities and preparation of market, customer and competition analyses

Requirements:

* Completed studies of an engineering science (mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar field of study) or business administration degree program

* Several years of relevant professional experience in the management and development of subsidiaries of international companies, preferably in industrial plant construction, or in project management for large-scale industrial projects

* Experience and knowledge in the cement industry is desirable

* Strong analytical thinking ability, problem-solving ability and process understanding

* Presentation and communication skills

* Conceptual and strategic skills

* Good international team player

* High willingness to travel for home and abroad

* Good knowledge of Russian and English
