Responsibilities include:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the assigned territory
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the EMEI Sales Manager and management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Develop and execute annual comprehensive plan for the assigned territory including distributors to achieve sales targets and growth.
- Work closely with EMEI Sales Manager to develop and execute target plan for product lines including trade shows and product samples.
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with prospective and existing customers including Co-suppliers, Distribution, Customers, at all levels within customer base, as well as facility owners.
- Coordinate, schedule, and oversee product evaluations and demonstrations.
- Promote and maintain a high level of technical and commercial knowledge by participating actively in relevant professional societies and industry trade associations.
- Provide management reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and claims resolution.
- Provide sales forecasts and communicate to EMEI Sales Manager and upper management
- Provide written product evaluation and demonstration results and enter in Echem database
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- 10+ years relevant industry experience in B2B sales with technical knowledge of release agents and materials applications, composites industry.
- Thorough understanding of lines and detailed knowledge of application/implementation procedures.
- Customer-focused, outgoing, problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide high-level commitment to the assigned territory.
Other Requirements
- Minimum 50% travel for extended periods across the territory .
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
