Drive a Global Automotive Brand Across the Middle East
Are you a commercially sharp, Arabic-speaking sales leader with a passion for the automotive sector and a deep understanding of the Middle East market? This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile country management role for a globally recognised OEM specialising in high-performance two and three-wheeled vehicles — and to play a defining role in shaping its growth story across the region.
Based in Dubai and reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be the strategic and operational force behind sales performance, distributor relationships, and network expansion across the Middle East.
What You'll Be Doing
Sales Leadership & Planning You will own the numbers — setting and driving monthly, quarterly, and annual retail, collection, and shipment targets. You will analyse seasonal trends, manage inventory and stocking requirements, and develop sales strategies that are precisely calibrated to the dynamics of the ME market.
Market & Business Development : You will keep your finger firmly on the pulse of the ME automotive landscape — tracking competitors' movements, identifying white-space opportunities, and recommending network expansion actions. You will lead efforts to bring new dealer and distributor partners on board and continuously improve the operational effectiveness of existing ones.
Distributor & Dealer Network Management You will serve as the primary strategic contact for distributors, dealers, and key channel partners across the region. Building trust, resolving challenges, and managing profitability within the network will be central to your success.
Brand Promotion & Sales Activation. From product launches to targeted sales promotions and market activation campaigns, you will plan and execute initiatives that strengthen the brand's presence and drive retail performance. You will also oversee training programmes for distributor and dealer sales teams, ensuring consistently high standards of product knowledge, sales process, and customer engagement.
Market Intelligence & Reporting : You will gather and communicate timely insights on pricing trends, regulatory developments, product performance, and distributor profitability to international management. NPS analysis and customer feedback will inform your strategic recommendations, and you will deliver regular, high-quality performance updates to headquarters.
Cross-Functional Collaboration You will work closely with internal teams across finance, marketing, product, and operations — acting as the regional voice that keeps the business aligned and moving forward.
What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, an MBA or equivalent business qualification is a strong advantage

5–12 years of progressive experience in automotive sales, with direct OEM exposure in the Middle East

A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Proven experience managing distributor and dealer networks across multiple markets

Strong knowledge of the ME automotive market regulations, retail trends, and the competitive landscape

Proficiency in Arabic — verbal and written — is a requirement for this role

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable operating at ground level when the situation demands it
