We are looking a Country Manager specialiced in Cosmetics and Retail, you play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company's strategic direction, both in the short term and the long term, while upholding its core values, mission, and vision.
Working closely with our global teams, your primary responsibility is to harmonize and oversee the localization of global strategies and processes in the country. You will also serve as a vital link between the country and our global management team, ensuring that the local needs and insights are effectively communicated and integrated into our global strategies.
Your leadership will be pivotal in driving and overseeing the country's sales operations, including sales forecasting, KPI management, and guiding the team in alignment with the broader vision. In addition, you will be at the helm of local country functions, with a strong emphasis on managing the sales team, marketing efforts, and overseeing other critical back-office functions like HR and Finance.
Furthermore, in close collaboration with the global team, you will be entrusted with optimizing the country's operations and tailoring our overall processes to align with the specific requirements of the local market.

Profile:
• Hold a master's degree and solid experience in cosmetics sector
• Possess over 10 years of experience in senior management, ideally in a related sector such as cosmetics or retail.
