Our CLIENT is a multinational IT solution company based in West Europe and with a strong presence in Romania, with over 300 Employees, based in the center of Bucharest.
This role will coordinate a team of existing KAMs and will directly report to an expatriate country manager.
As Sales Manager your role in to ensure the performance of the company Romanian sales team. You have ultimate responsibility for ensuring delivery results in terms of order intake, revenue and customer business growth.
You act both as individual contributor as well as via sales managers reporting to you directly. You are in charge of developing sales team identity, competencies and best practices as well as foster innovation and customer focus.
Purpose of the Role
- Increase order intake of the Company in Romania and exploring more international clients development (outside Romania)
- Deploy the group offering portfolio
- Facilitate the Sales Reporting in all dimensions (weekly, monthly, forecasts)
- Drive strategic partnerships with key market players
- Become a regional strategical sales manager and /or perhaps the future local country manager
- Open minded, able to contribute into growing diversity of the current solution portfolio range
Responsibility:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve the sales target.
- Design and implement strategic plans to increase business
- Seeking new sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure accurate sales management structure and reporting.
- Regular meetings with sales team to assess sales performance
Experience required
Minimum of 5 years of Sales Management with team responsibilities and results - proven track record in IT solution sector (software and IT services related)
Advanced competences in
- Sales skills and strong driven personality
- Managing sales teams
- Excellent orientation of the IT market
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
- Solution selling approach
- Very good command of English
- Networking skills and building long-term relationships
