What You’ll Do

Oversee the end-to-end design process — from concept and sketches to final product.

Build and launch seasonal collections aligned with market trends and consumer insights.

Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure commercial success and design consistency.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion or Accessories Design from a reputed institute.

7–10 years of experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands (handbag experience preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and commercial impact.

Excellent knowledge of global trends, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.

Exceptional storytelling, leadership, and presentation skills.
