Hiring: Creative Producer | Bengaluru | Luxury Jewellery Brand

Looking for a sharp, experienced Creative Producer to join a fast-growing luxury jewellery brand

The role involves:

• Pressure-testing briefs and PPM decks

• Building and interrogating production budgets from scratch

• Managing agencies across pre-production to final delivery

• Owning execution quality across social, retail, website, launch, and special project videos

• Spotting execution gaps before they become expensive mistakes

• Building strong systems and workflows between creative and production teams
 

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years in creative/video production

• Experience across fashion, luxury, beauty, entertainment, advertising, or digital content

• Strong command over shoot budgets, crew costing, production planning, and agency management

• Someone calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and highly detail-driven
