Job Description
Are you confident using Excel and do you have experience in Billings and credit control? If so this could be the perfect role for you!
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills are required
- Raise and submit invoices accurately and in a timely manner as per agreed billing timetables
- Reconcile customer payments in order to allow payments to suppliers
- Work with the finance team to ensure financial figures are prepared for month end
- You will ideally have previous experience of working in a fast paced, high volume billings / credit control environment.
- Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data
- You must be a confident communicator, team player, able to work independently and a quick learner.
