For a multinational tech/e-commerce company in the luxury and fashion field, we are looking for a CRM Data Analyst who will contribute for the personalization of the Customer Journey and Customer Experience.
Activities:
• Cooperate for the launch and the evolution of the Customer Data Platform (CDP)
• Work with internal stakeholders (CRM, Marketing, Digital Media and Martech) for the definition of KPIs to be included in the Data and Customer roadmap
• Support the Customer Product Owner and Data Engineers to translate needs from the business into a set of marketing capabilities and data assets
• Assure the definition of the data quality benchmark and measurement processes
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in the data domain (CRM analyst, Marketing analyst, data analyst, data scientist)
• Good understanding of the data domain pillars (data collection, data analysis, data quality, governance etc.)
• Data manipulation and querying knowledge (at least one of them: SQL or R or Python or SAS)
• Verbal and written fluency both in English and Italian
• Advanced analytics tech experience (Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data) is a plus
• Prior experiences in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) are considered a huge plus
