1) Plan and deliver CRM strategies to retain existing customers and increase the LTV.
2) Define the capabilities and drive implementation of the required CRM tech, in coordination with tech team.
3) Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
4) Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
