CRM LEAD
Task
The CRM Lead, will play an integral role in driving innovation and excellent customer experience through multiple touchpoints of the customer lifecycle. He/she will personally strategize and execute high impact campaigns. As a forward thinker, will seek new opportunities of improvement, able to define and project manage new CRM ideas and features.
A passionate, hands-on CRM expert, he/she will be well versed in promoting the commercial benefits of CRM across the business to support meaningful change. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, will play a pivotal part in the success of the business.
Duties
- Define and execute the CRM strategy for the onboarding/early-life of the lifecycle.
- Personally own and deliver the implementation of new features to be used across lifecycle in order to optimize CRM bottom line contribution.
- Develop and improve automated communications based on specific customer profile, behavioral or transactional events, using communication channels such as email, in-app and push notifications.
- Support multiple functions across different teams to deliver the perfect customer experience.
- Interfuctional project management
- Size potential opportunities working with the Marketing Analytics teams and BI team.
- Responsible of the quality Customer Data Base
- Provide regular, detailed project plans including project updates to all stakeholders ensuring transparency across the business.
- Act as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM best practices expert.
Profile
- Degree in Economy or similar education
- Almost 5 years of experience in a similar role in an international environment
- English fluent
- Very good interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude
