Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the CRM system and lead funnel, ensuring proper lead allocation and follow-ups.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across online platforms to generate customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective lead conversion and tracking.
- Organize and support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and lead information within CRM systems.
- Generate reports and insights on campaign performance and lead generation.
- Ensure all marketing and communication activities comply with OEM brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support customer engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in CRM tools or digital marketing are an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles
- Proven experience in managing CRM systems and lead funnels
- Experience working in automotive, FMCG, or retail sectors is preferred
- Strong exposure to digital marketing and campaign execution
