Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, leveraging the Autoline system's capabilities.
- Oversee the management and utilization of the Autoline CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data and segmentation.
- Lead the CRM team in designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze customer data and behaviour to identify insights and opportunities for personalized communication, offers, and service improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate CRM initiatives with other marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance, generating actionable reports and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and privacy policies related to customer data handling and storage.
- Provide training and support to the marketing team on utilizing the CRM system effectively.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM and automotive marketing to continuously enhance our strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the CRM team, encouraging innovation and professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in customer segmentation, targeting, and data analysis to drive personalized marketing efforts.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing CRM campaigns that drive measurable results
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with other teams.
