THE ROLE
As CRM Solutions Leader, you will be key to defend the interest of the company at business and technical level in front of clients, provide feedback about needs and requirements from customers. Communicate technical information, added value and business impact to different audiences, adapting special or complex information to stakeholders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the trusted advisor to your customers and help them develop compelling business cases.
- Capability to develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge pertinent to company products.
- Experience in engaging prospective customers to nurture and shape opportunity development via interactions at any level through to hands-on technical staff.
- Represent the company at industry events and share your thought leadership.
- Help improve the technical knowledge of the sales team, coaching them on new developments.
- Influence product development by working closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to collect and digest user feedback.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience speaking at public events.
- Strong CRM knowledge.
- Demonstrative ability to develop and build successful consultative business relationships.
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience in tech pre-sales process
