●             Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field       

●             Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

●             Solid understanding of agribusiness and farming activities

●             Assist in the preparation of the annual supply plan for agricultural produce based on agricultural produce sales plan received from the Commercial sector and with inputs from Quality and Operations

●             Assist in analyzing data from expressions of interest received from farm owners to determine expected quantities for the crop plan

●             Assist in the preparation of annual forecasts by comparing developed supply plan with the results of previous years to better plan for following years

●             Assist in comparing volumes produced by farm owners versus volumes forecasted and escalate discrepancies in order to take appropriate actions
