Roles and Responsibilities:
1. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing support to customers.
2. The ideal candidate should have 2- 5 years of experience in customer service and a strong knowledge of customer care.
3. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. The Customer Care Executive will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and be able to handle difficult customer situations.
5. The Customer Care Executive will be expected to stay up to date on the latest customer service trends and technologies.
