Job Description
Our client is a leading automotive importer in Romania, representing luxury and high-quality brands.
Working hybrid: 1/2 days from home, 3/4 from the office.
The after-sales department has over 30 employees, handling all post-delivery vehicle services, including technical assistance, warranties, and training for the entire network.
Role Scope:
- Effectively communicate and gather necessary information from various departments.
- Work collaboratively to resolve issues by coordinating with different departments.
Key Requirements:
- English Proficiency: Medium to advanced (primarily for writing and reading).
- Communication Skills: Must be communicative with clients and the after-sales department.
- Team Fit: Should contribute positively to the team’s dynamic; the team is open, respectful, and friendly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests received via email, phone, and contact forms.
- Manage cases handled by the law firm and liaise with the entire department in gathering all the necessary documents.
- Maintain constant communication with the dealer network to resolve requests.
- Provide monthly reporting of requests.
- Prepare external invoices for budgets provided by the manufacturer.
- Process connectivity requests and transmit escalation forms.
- Maintain communication with manufacturers for case management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Operational Skills:
- Good communication skills.

- Ability to take on responsibility.
- Organized and proactive attitude.
- Detail-oriented.
- Analytical skills.
