We're hiring for the profile of Customer Delight Manager
Location: Kishangarh,Rajasthan
Budget: 10-12 LPA
Experience: 5-6 years in customer service department
Education: Any Graduates
Job Description:
1. Interacting with customers & understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
2. Tracking customer interaction and transactions, recording details of inquiries & taking feedback from the customer.
3. Listen attentively to customer complaints, empathize with their concerns, and take appropriate steps to resolve the issues effectively.
4. May escalate complex problems to higher-level support if necessary
5. Provide instructions manual and suggest best practices to improve the customer's experience.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken.
7. Collaborate & coordinate with Sales, measurements, order processing, Payments, dispatch & delivery, Production and Technical support teams to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
8. Provide customers with a positive and personalised experience, promoting customer loyalty and retention
9. Retail Hygiene-Oversee the smooth functioning of daily Galleries operations, ensuring SOPs and processes run efficiently
10. Follow-up with potential or would be customers-Reminders, CRM usage, Proactive Outreach
11. Auditing the customer journey experience
