Role details:

• Title / Designation: Customer Engineer—Security
• Location: Cairo, Egypt
• Work Mode: Remote (First 3 months, then WFO)

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Active Directory services, including design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Implement robust network security measures, covering TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, and NAT configurations.
• Oversee group policies, security implementations, and disaster recovery strategies for AD environments.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation, administrative tasks, and endpoint security maintenance.
• Ensure cloud security integration, MDM device management, and Microsoft Security Baselines implementation.
• Manage the Certificate Authority, PKI, and Entrust suites, integrating OCSP capabilities within LDAP and PKI Directory Management.

Candidate requirements:

• 5–12 years of experience in Active Directory, AD replication, DNS, disaster recovery, and group policy implementation
• Strong networking skills, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, NAT configurations, and network security diagnostics
• Deep understanding of security practices, AD security, Microsoft Security Baselines, and cloud security implementation.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, MDM solution integration, and network infrastructure monitoring tools
• Familiarity with PKI, Certificate Authority, HSMs, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), MFA, and Microsoft Hello for Business
• Able to communicate in Spanish (At least a B1 level language proficiency in speaking and listening)
