Hiring for a Customer Engineer – Azure Active Directory for a global specialist Platform Engineering Solutions, IT Services and Consulting services client.

To build upon the recent growth and expansion, they are investing in additional leadership and sales capacity across their multiple areas of strengths including domain-driven Enterprise Technology Solutions for their clients.
Role details:
- Title / Designation: Customer Engineer – Azure Active Directory
- Location: Cairo, Egypt
- Work type: Remote for 2-3 months (after that WFO)
Role & responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for Premier customers around the world to help ensure their IT environments are kept optimized and healthy.
- Set an example of excellence as a Microsoft representative, enhancing the company's image and reputation through your credibility, preparation, commitment, and first-class delivery.
- Develop strategic on-going customer relationships, gain trust and respect for the company.
- Contribute to their peer group as well as our customer account teams.
- Communicate at all levels from CIO to the technical staff on the ground.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical side with a focus on Microsoft technologies like Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory Federated Services, Azure AD Connect or Azure Active Directory, Microsoft365, Active Directory Domain Services
- Experience in the enterprise customer arena
- Proven experience in face-to-face customer engagement and interaction.
- Excellent written, oral communication skills, presentation skills.
- Solid troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
- Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)/Service Management
- Knowledge on Fundamental networking – IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing etc
- Able to communicate in French/Spanish (At least a B1 level language proficiency in Speaking and Listening)
