Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
- Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales consultants
- Ensure minimal waiting time and prompt customer handling within the showroom
- Monitor the end-to-end customer journey
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collect customer feedback through surveys, calls, and in-person interactions
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Escalate critical issues to the Showroom Manager when required
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
