The role focuses on the developing and delivering the customer retention strategy for aftersales. Operational management and continuous improvement of the retention product programmes is a key requirement of this role along with seeking opportunity to minimise the cost impact of programmes on the UK business and maximise revenue streams.

* The role is at is a key link between branch, Europe, Customer Retentions, experience programmes and works very closely with Administration on retention programme fund performance, effective stakeholder management of 3rd party suppliers/partners

* Delivery of the annual customer and service retention business plans alongside associated business KPIs and performance targets. Presentation of monthly continuous improvement review process

* Manage, lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver an industry leading customer and service retention strategy

* Facilitate monthly 121s and appraisals in line with the company appraisal process

* Data and financial analysis

* Management, maintenance and development of the current and future retention products and programmes to drive retention through value for money propositions and drive customer brand loyalty

* Structured and measured stakeholder management of 3rd parties (suppliers and business partners) to endure contractual requirements and SLAs are met and performance levels are adhered to

* Working closely with the Communications Team to deliver a retention product marketing strategy

We are looking for candidates who have high level of accuracy, strong analytical and problem solving skills and who have excellent management skills. Advanced Excel, confident presenter with the ability to communicate effectively across the business
