My client in Watford need a Polish speaking customer service advisor with English, £25-30K, 37.5 hours a week, salary dependant on experience. Excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be taking orders from international clients and making sure they are uploaded correctly on to the system. Taking calls from business clients with any queries and dealing with these through to resolution. These queries may be related to delivery times, order changes, returns or faults. Dealing with billings and raising credits and adjustments to orders.

You will be working in a muti - national environment.
