AIR-FREIGHT EXPORT
  
We have partnered with a well established international logistics and freight forwarding company, who are based in Dachet and seeking a candidate with at least 1 year experience in Air-Freight Export. This is a temporary to permanent positions with immediate start ideally.
  
Our client arranges shipments via Air freight/ Sea freight and road/courier from around the World to multiple locations, Crosstrade shipments from supplier to door for clients.
  
AIR-FREIGHT EXPORT Responsibilities:

• Dealing on daily bases with clients via e-mails/ phone and Teams meetings
• Time sensitive shipments
• Full door to door file management required by operationally staff
• On-line tracking system direct to clients
• Booking of shipments with airlines/ courier companies
• Closing of files with costs shown from suppliers

  
Working hours -Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.00 working hours - (1 hour lunch break)
System used in house are Boxtop and ASM CDS (not essential)
Good knowledge of Excel/ word and other software required
  
ESSENTIAL AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN AIR-FREIGHT EXPORT
