Export Customer Service Administrator
Salary £20,000 - £24,000 DOE
Based: West London (free car parking and close to transport links)
Monday to Friday, 9.00-5.30pm Office based
Skills required:
- Excellent Administration & Customer service skills
- Good knowledge on MS Office packages (mainly Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Fast learner
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent English, written & Verbal
Nice to have's:
- Previous Export or Sales Support experience
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls coming through on the customer service telephone lines
- Responding to Export queries via phone and email
- Processing orders and ensuring correct export paperwork is completed
- Supporting team
