I am looking for a Customer Service Administrator in Weybridge for a global company. The role is paying £25Kpa, on a Temp to Perm basis, and is a Hybrid role. I need a candidate with good telephone skills, IT literate and common sense, previous SAP experience would be a definite bonus.
This role would suit someone either at the start of their career as full training is given and if you want to learn and develop the opportunities are there, or someone with experience of a customer support role.
You will be supporting clients with their requests for spare parts, this may be communicated by phone, email or online.
You will be producing quotes or orders to the client.
Dealing with other departments or third parties to identify and supply the correct parts.
Arranging deliveries of parts to customers and keeping them updated.
Escalating any credit issues with orders to credit control.
Resolving any delivery issues and keeping the customer updated.
