My client are a health care company based in Egham. They require and experienced Customer Service Advisor with a positive attitude and a real team player, CRM, SAP or strong Excel would be an advantage £23Kpa Monday to Friday.
The role:-
To handle incoming telephone enquiries efficiently and effectively.
To process orders in a timely manner whilst maintaining attention to detail.
To pro-actively call customers with relevant key information.
To actively follow up mail-shots by telephone following marketing campaigns, in order to generate leads/interest.
To update & maintain contact / account information on CRM in a timely manner
To obtain accurate and complete contact information from customers and pass this on to the Marketing Department.
