My client In Hook require an experienced Customer Service Advisor that has preferably used Service Now and SAP to join their busy team. Hybrid working paying £28-33K this is an excellent opportunity.
The Customer Service Advisor will support both the Customer Service Manager, operations and Sales Account Managers in effective communication with customers, setting and managing expectations and keeping all customers up to date of any changes. This is to ensure there is a healthy relationship with customers and will allow focus on customers KPI's and improve processes to ensure satisfying the customer's needs.
- Track customer orders from shipping through to delivery, to keep customer updated. Provide updates via phone and email, if there are any changes in forecasted delivery dates.
- Understanding any issues which are affecting customers receiving their products on time and working closely with the account managers to ensure the correct message is relayed to the customer.
- Work closely with logistics within Operations to ensure the customer receives orders when they are required.
- Hold weekly delivery/customer service calls for the customers you are responsible for.
