I have a customer service role based in Stockely Park!

This role is working for a very well-known company who is looking for an individual who is has customer service experience.

Some of the duties of the role:

• Handles all emails and phone calls in line with the Service Standards and Procedures.
• Uses the reservation systems to process email and phone sales and queries for individual clients.
• Assists clients with specialist support and after-sales service, purchase of additional services, and special requests.
• Provides relevant information to clients to enhance customer service and loyalty.

Job-Requirements:

• Fluent English, oral and written. Any additional European language is considered an advantage .
• Customer service experience
• Can do attitude
