Job Description
Location: Uxbridge
Schedule: 37 hours weekly, distributed over 5 days within a 7-day span.
Service Hours: 6AM - 9.00PM.
Compensation: Annual pay of £22,000, along with a performance BONUS.
Position Overview: In the capacity of a Welcome Team Advisor, you represent the first impression and commitment of our client to their prospects.
The primary goal is to effectively integrate new clients, thereby amplifying revenue via top-tier customer interactions.
Duties:
- Promote and emphasise the unique selling points of our extensive product lineup.
- Achieve consistent KPIs pertaining to conversion, activity metrics, and client registrations
- Forge collaborative ties with colleagues, leadership, internal divisions, and external partners to address client queries. Collect and analyse data to address product/service related questions.

- Process inquiries through calls, maintain client records, and oversee correspondence

Desired Qualifications:
- Academic degree or a minimum of 2 year's expertise in customer interaction or client on boarding.
- Able to present different product details, underscoring benefits, and contrasting against rival products.
- Demonstrated adaptability in dynamic settings.
- Strong communication capabilities, both written and spoken.
- Proficient usage of Microsoft Office tools.
