Customer Service Analyst - Backoffice

Our client, a trading and distribution company specializing in electrical cables for internal and international energy markets in the B2B sector, is looking for a Customer Service Analyst - Backoffice

Role description: Customer Service Analyst ensures operational and analytical support for commercial activities, acting as the interface between customers, sales managers, and other departments within the company.

Main responsibilities:

• Supports Sales Managers in their customer relations;
• Manages requests for quotes and responses to customers;
• Monitors the progress of contracts and orders;
• Prepares reports, analyses and sales statistics;
• Manage customer databases and commercial information;
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analyses;
• Identify commercial development opportunities;
• Contribute to promotional, PR, and brand management activities;
• Manage complaints and returns from a commercial perspective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position;
• PC skills (Word, Excel);
• English language skills – advanced;
• Basic commercial, accounting, and legal knowledge;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Customer focus, team spirit, and professionalism.
