Customer Service Associate
Our client is a leader in the growing eyewear industry. Their customer service team is small, but good team supporting optical chains and independent optometrist in managing their orders
Tasks:
Receiving and processing orders of goods from shops;
Managing andimistration in a CRM system (issuing invoices, documents etc);
Communication with customers, phone, email, sales events (B2B), coordination of issues related to handling of complaints;
Managing warranties and returns of goods;
Customer support in solving problems in the order fulfillment process including managing shipments;
Permanent contact and communication with all employees and departments.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Service and people oriented;
Multi-tasking abilities;
Working experience in similar position (a preferable requirement);
Computer skills with the ability to learn new software;
Ability to learn about products and service;
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
