Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Answer incoming calls/ emails and assist customers with their specific enquiries
- Update database/portals
- Liaise with internal staff
- General administration
- Achieve the SLA's for our existing customers
Things needed for the role:
- Great customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Expeoce working in a office/contact centre environment
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- A good geographical knowledge
