Our client are a manufacturing company of a luxury brand and are looking for an experienced customer service candidate to join their busy team. Paying upto £21K this may suit someone with retail experience wanting to move into an office environment.

Main Purpose

To support the delivery of world class customer service and customer contact that exceeds expectations; to ensure that their service is tailored specifically to the customers' related purchase drivers to promote closer engagement of the customer.

You will be responsible for placing customer orders onto the system resolving any issues that may arise through to delivery of the product. You will also resolve any issues or complaints once the product is delivered giving an exceptional customer experience restoring the customer to the same or improved original position.
