Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a dynamic real estate organization. The ideal candidate will have a presentable personality, excellent communication skills, and relevant experience in the real estate sector, preferably with a property developer handling property handover and post-sales services. This role requires a customer-focused professional who can ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the property handover and post-sales process.

Manage customer communications professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.

Assist clients throughout the property handover process, including documentation, approvals, and coordination.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations as required.

Ensure high standards of customer service to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Support administrative and operational tasks related to customer service and handover activities.
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Proven experience in the real estate industry, preferably with a property developer handling property handover.

Strong customer service background within a real estate environment.
