Customer Support (emails only)
Located Hayes, Uxbridge and some which are hybrid roles
You will have a real passion for helping people and previous experience in dealing with complaints requests and worked in an office previously.
Skills / Personality:
- PC literate
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Excellent & Engaging telephone manner
- Ability to write professional emails
- Outstanding customer service skills (well spoken)
- Fluent in a European language is also highly desired but not essential.
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently
- Helpful with a can do attitude
Duties:
- Dealing with telephone queries and solving them
- Responding to emails (Outlook)
- Liaising with internal depts
- Updating the in house system logging all information
