The role will be mainly handling the relationships with the company's clients and solving any issue related to the clients' experience. The role will mainly tackle the procedures of Clients satisfaction and developing new relations with the existing clients of the company allowing the business to grow more through the maintenance of the client relationship with the company. The role will be heading the department and the employees according to the plan of the department. Furthermore, the position will require experience in handling the issues pressed from clients and customers to make sure orders are being delivered on time and fixing the issues that has happened to work on the client's satisfaction. 

Requirement:

• 10+ Years’ experience. 
• Fluency in English is A MUST
• Experience in Manufacturing is A MUST
• Experience in the industrial \ Heavy Industries Sector is A HUGE PLUS
• Bachelor's Degree.
