- Passionate about Africa and have experienced the magic of safari firsthand
- A people person who easily builds strong relationships
- Detail-oriented with 2+ years in customer success or service, ideally within African tourism
- Experienced with US clients (99% of their customers are from the US)
- A proactive, solutions-driven communicator excited to grow with a dynamic startup
- Own the post-booking customer journey — from booking to returning home
- Collaborate with the sales team and international partners to ensure smooth, unforgettable trips
- Go the extra mile to surprise and delight customers, turning them into lifelong advocates
- Support other areas of the business, like marketing and sales, during busy periods
