Responsibilities:
- Initiating contracts by creating new agreements based on credit approval and delivering them to customers.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to active contracts, including payments, schedules, and insurance.
- Providing explanations on documentation, quoting, and various products to dealers and customers.
- Communicating with the bank to establish pledges on financed machines.
- Generating invoices for lease/loan contracts.
- Collaborating with external insurance brokers and coordinating the insurance claims handling process.
- Ensuring the smooth flow of documents among dealers, customers, and CAT Financial.
- Managing contract modifications, including rescheduling, assignments, and early buyouts.
- Preparing reports related to the portfolio, such as insurance reports.
Requirements:
- Showcasing at least 1-2 years of pertinent experience within the customer service sector of a leasing organization.
- Possessing a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Having adept proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proficient in spoken and written Romanian, with advanced proficiency in the English language.
- Displaying an exceptional focus on customer satisfaction and adept multitasking skills.
- Illustrating a self-motivated and ambitious approach to assigned responsibilities.
- Exhibiting flexibility, energy, and a startup-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrating the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a collaborative team spirit.
