Main responsibilities:
- Craft contracts from Credit approvals and deliver them to customers.
- Assist customers with active contracts, addressing payments, schedules, and insurance.
- Communicate effectively with banks for pledged financing on machines.
- Explaining documentation, quoting and all products to dealers and customers.
- Issue accurate invoices for lease/loan contracts.
- Coordinate with external insurance brokers and manage claims.
- Ensure smooth document flow between dealers, customers, and our team.
- Contribute to contract modifications (rescheduling, assignments, early buyouts).
- Prepare insightful portfolio reports, focusing on insurance metrics.
What are you bringing:
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in a customer service role (Preferred fields: banks/ insurance/ leasing)
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Exceptional customer focus with strong multitasking abilities.
- Self-driven with an ambitious approach to responsibilities.
- Flexible, energetic, and equipped with a startup mindset.
- Quick learner comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing team spirit.
