As a Customer Service Representative L2 will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our Client's accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

You will be responsible for:   

• Contract origination (prepare new contracts based on Credit approval and deliver them to customers)
• Contract booking and Contract activation
• Assist customers in all requests related to active contracts (payments, schedules, insurance, etc.)
• Explaining documentation, quoting, and all products to dealers and customers
• Communication with the bank to establish pledge on financed machines
• Issuing invoices for lease/loan contracts
• Cooperation with external insurance broker;
• Coordination of insurance claims handling process
• Ensuring smooth circulation of documents between the dealer, customers, and our client
• Contract modifications (rescheduling + assignments + early buyouts)
• Preparing portfolio-related reports (Sales variance; insurance etc.)
• Coordinating customer service projects for Romania entity
• Acting as a key point of contact for other departments supervisors

Requirements:

• Demonstrated a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in the customer service department of leasing organization (the captive business model would be an advantage)
• Proven experience in project management from the leasing area
• Bachelor or master degree in economics, finance, accounting, or similar
• Good command of Excel and Word
• Fluent Romanian language skills both spoken & written
• Knowledge of the Charisma ERP operating system
• Advanced English knowledge both spoken & written
• Exceptional customer focus orientation and multi-tasking abilities
• Self-driven and ambitious attitude toward responsibilities
• Flexible, energetic, and with a start-up mindset
• Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit.
