Requirement-

•             Proven experience in Sales order management / sales order processing / customer service

•             2+ years of experience in the Industrial sector

•             Vietnamese Language – native or advanced

•             Good communication and interpersonal skills

•             Team player with an enthusiastic self-motivated attitude

Functional Responsibilities –

• Preparing all package of shipping documents
• Handling imports and export flows
• Contacting chamber of commerce, customs, broker, logistics’ provider and manage issues
• Coordinating the work of external warehouse
• Organizing the deliveries of goods from suppliers to the clients
• Filling in all necessary data in CRM system
• Sales administration, customer contacts, offers
• Data-base administration
